This weeks Enrichment activities.... June 15-19
The Primary is having an activity tomorrow, Wednesday, June 17 @ 10 :00 a.m. The activity will be in the Shelter behind the church building. It will last about an hour. They will be making a craft to enter in the County Fair. Send your primary cuties so they can enjoy some primary fun!
Herbs : Wednesday, June 17 @ 6:00 p.m. in Ellen's Front yard (call me if you have questions... Brooke)
Have you ever wanted to know what type of herbs to grow in your backyard? We will learn about what herbs are really useful, and some common medicinal uses for both herbs and weeds. *tried and true folk remedies* we will be making an all purpose ointment together, and learn how to cut, dry and freeze herbs. Please bring jars to take home fresh made ointments. 1/2 ounce to 1 ounce jars that are clean.
Preserving Memories (Scrapbooking) Will be held this Friday, June 19 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at the church. If you signed up to make the cute Birthday / Thank you cards, or the Mother's and Father's or Fourth of July pages, please remember to bring your money that night. If you didn't sign up, come anyway! Bring your own scrapbook pages, your own cards to make, your knitting, your un-finished crafts, your to do lists, what ever your heart desires! We want to see you there and visit with you! In fact, if you want to come just for the treats, we would love it! What a fun night to visit with some sizzlin' sisters!

Please bring items that are Gently used, good condition-nothing broken or in need of repair!

"Scatter Sizzling Sunshine" Relief Society Birthday Party
Each table was asked the question: How has Heavenly Father shown that he loves you?.... what blessings, gifts have you been given.? and asked to write them on a daisy petal. As sisters, sometimes we have a hard time realizing the gifts and talents we have been given and need the help from others to point them out. The final Daisy turned out so cute! Thank you! Here is what our Sizzlin' Seventh Sisters have been blessed with : Singing, Family History, Friendly/bubbly, Strong, Caring, Caregiver, Member of Church, Gardening, Reading, texting, Patience, Computer, Cook, Prepared, Music, Cheerful, Enthusiastic, Genuinely sincere, gracious, perfectly kind, very put together, always has a giggle and interested in everything you say, has the most beautiful smile, amazing testimony, beautiful lady, friendly, easy to talk to , amazing mom, willing to serve, very talented in music, positive, fun to be around, great seamstress, easy going, talented children, lifted by love of music, great organizer, great family, so kind, always happy, a good testimony, always helping everyone, beautiful daughter, loves, family, green thumb, good cook, great baker, charity, families that love us, sees the good in people, good at math, beautiful jewelry, always busy but has the time to care, great singers, knitting, make up artist, good listener, great host, outgoing, loves animals, decorate, loves, people, knows how to comfort people, good mother, tolerant, friendly, makes people feel comfortable, generous, giving, magnifies calling, very thoughtful, service oriented, mindful of others, crafty, first to say hello, contagious positive attitude, outgoing, loved by class, knows how to love my 14 year old daughter, diligent in the library, friendly, humble, great endurance, sense of humor, outgoing, caring, devoted, wicked knitter, bookworm, awesome visiting teaching companion, wonderful voice, easy to love other people, tender mother, construction engineer, six wonderful daughters, enthusiasm and love of life, wonderful family, perfect nose, many many many wonderful friends, loyal friend, a testimony.
Aren't those wonderful blessings and gifts that we as Daughters of Our Heavenly Father who love us have been given! Thank you for sharing those!
Remember Heavenly Father loves us! Always! He is always there for us and he BELIEVES in us!
